Prices At Lindgaard/Pedersen A/S, all prices are in Euro and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices daily without prior consent. We also reserve the right to declare items sold out.

Payment Lindgaard/Pedersen A/S accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank Transfer. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item is dispatched. All amounts are in Euro and include VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery Lindgaard/Pedersen A/S aims to dispatch orders within 1-2 weeks. We ship to the entire EU, Switzerland, and Norway. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. Your items are shipped with GLS. Note: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, of which you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service. In certain countries, the package is delivered directly to the customer. Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-2 weeks after the order. For certain items, special delivery conditions apply. These conditions will be specifically stated before the purchase of these items.

Warranty A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to material and/or manufacturing defects. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Lindgaard/Pedersen A/S will cover reasonable return costs. Refunds If a refund is required, please include bank details in the form of registration number and account number so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided by email or other electronic forms without risk, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for processing the refund.

Right of Withdrawal A 14-day full return policy applies to items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day:

• You receive the order.
• You take physical possession of the last item when it concerns an order of multiple items delivered separately or in multiple parts.
• You take physical possession of the last batch or part when it concerns an agreement on the delivery of items in several batches/parts.
• You take physical possession of the first item for regular delivery of items over a specific period.

You must bear the return costs yourself. The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from the withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be given by email to lp@lp.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill in the attached Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without also notifying us clearly.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal The following item types are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Items made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Items that become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery due to their nature.
• Items where the seal is broken.
• Performed non-financial services, if the service has commenced with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
• Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Returns You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The process will go faster if you also fill in and include our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we receive the return. We do not accept packages sent COD.

Condition of the Item upon Return If the seal of the item is broken, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of receipt – of the return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must not break the seal, install, or use the item.

Refunds If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, get the amount you paid back. In the event of a decrease in value that you are liable for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the return package. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Privacy Policy To enter into an agreement with us and trade on our website, we need the following information about you:

• Email address

We process your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you and for processing inquiries regarding your purchase. Processing is carried out according to the rules of our privacy policy for Lindgaard/Pedersen A/S. Refund of VAT Please note that we cannot refund VAT for customers abroad (including the Faroe Islands and Greenland), as this is a very time-consuming manual process, causing us a loss due to the very low margin Lindgaard/Pedersen A/S sets to sell our items as cheaply as possible.

Business Customers and Resale Except for this point, these Terms and Conditions do not apply to business purchases on the www.e-cruisecontrol.com online platform. Business purchases are subject to the applicable General Terms and Conditions of sale for Lindgaard/Pedersen A/S at all times. These terms can be requested via email: lp@lp.dk. The same applies to private purchases for resale. Regardless of whether a business or a private person with resale intention receives an automatically generated order confirmation on the trading platform, Lindgaard/Pedersen A/S is entitled to cancel the order within 3 business days if the order concerns discounted items.
